The roasted Tie Guan Yin is perhaps one of the most traditional teas in China. Heavily-roasted, the tea has rich and smoky essence similar to that of the Da Hong Pao. Deep and complex in flavor but smooth in texture, this magnificent oolong certainly earned its spot in our collection.
